Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Shelburne, MA is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. These part-time positions have the opportunity to expand into full-time as caseloads grow. Successful candidates will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children on a case basis.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data regularly.
