Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Shasta Lake, California is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time positions offer flexibility with opportunities for full-time advancement as caseloads develop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in relevant field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings, and training sessions.
