Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Redding, California. These positions offer flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to grow full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Engagement skills to actively involve clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Education
