Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Part-time positions are available with the potential to transition into full-time as caseloads expand.

Employees will work closely with children with autism, implementing treatment plans and communicating with families. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay including bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy or related field

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
