Qualifications

• Engage clients with autism during sessions using ABA strategies.
• Reliable transportation for local travel is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Collect and track client progress data using PBS tools.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliability and punctuality

Strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field
