Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Demopolis, Alabama. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
