Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Decatur, Alabama. The positions offer part-time hours with potential for full-time as caseloads grow.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining communication with families. Ideal candidates should hold a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans provided by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled trainings and team meetings.
