Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Birmingham, Alabama. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, with the potential for full-time positions as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implement individualized treatment plans, and collect client progress data. Requirements include a high school diploma and a reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Collect data on client progress using tracking tools.
