Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Odenville, Alabama. This part-time role allows for flexible scheduling and offers opportunities for career advancement as caseloads grow.

Candidates will work directly with children using ABA strategies under supervision, implement treatment plans, and communicate with families to ensure client success. Full benefits, including medical insurance and retirement options, are provided for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is an advantage.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
