Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Enterprise, Alabama. These positions are part-time with the potential to transition into full-time as caseloads grow.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required for local travel.
• Ability to actively engage clients, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
