House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, hybrid role in the Denver area. Earn $75–$90 per hour with a flexible caseload and schedule, allowing remote or in-person work based on location and preference.

You’ll supervise RBTs and families, coordinate care, and collaborate with a warm, supportive team while delivering high‑quality ABA services. A commitment to ethics and client‑centered treatment is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ years ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management within a small, manageable group.
• In-person supervision for cases near you, if preferred.
• Telehealth supervision for remote cases and families.
• Assessments and treatment planning based on client needs.
• Collaborate with RBTs, families and leadership.
• Maintain BACB ethics and payer compliance.
