Job summary

Merakey is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Dearborn team. You will conduct ABA assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The role is on-site at our Dearborn ABA Center with a flexible schedule and a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will provide assessments, treatment planning, and supervision while collaborating with treatment teams and documenting per payer

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Active MI Licensure as a Behavior Analyst required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and develop behavior plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide case supervision for RBTs and Behavior Technicians in a structured clinical setting.
• Perform parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and ensure timely documentation per payer guidelines.
