Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in Massachusetts. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, lead family trainings, supervise technicians, and deliver direct intervention focused on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications include a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework, current BCBA certification, and at least two years of related clinical experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; LABA preferred.
• Minimum two years’ related clinical experience with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise behavior technicians.
• Direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
• Maintain required documentation including data collection, progress reports and behavior support plans.
