Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with flexible part-time or full-time schedules and no caseload, allowing focus on high-quality ABA services for children with autism across in-home, clinic, and school settings. Responsibilities include conducting analyses, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and professionals.

Requirements: Master's degree in ABA/psychology, BCBA or eligibility, and 1+ year ABA

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Board Certification of BCBA or eligibility to pursue BCBA certification.
• 1+ years of ABA experience, preferably with children with autism.
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral analyses and assessments to identify goals for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ABA services in home, clinic, and school-based settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate progress records and documentation.
