Job summary

Able Minds ABA in VA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a supportive team, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with parents and educators.

The role offers part-time or full-time options with flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and a focus on evidence-based ABA practices in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification by the BACB.
• 1+ year of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including part-time or full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced team.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify target behaviors and goals.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and progress tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA.
