Job summary

Storybook ABA in Maryland seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to meet children in person for an initial assessment, then review the treatment plan with our quality assurance team.

Once IA is submitted, another BCBA in the area will supervise and train parents. You can choose your hours and driving distance; the role is on the road with flexible shifts and bonus opportunities, paying $85–$100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
