Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland. The role focuses on supervision, parent training, and developing instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains, with clear collaboration with the back office.

Qualified candidates will hold a master’s in behavior analysis or related field and BCBA certification, with experience with children on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
