Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision, parent training, and program development. Our role emphasizes removing administrative tasks and using software-based workflows to focus on impactful clinical work.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
