Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
