Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland. We remove administrative tasks so you can focus on therapy and supervision, with flexible hours and options to drive. We tailor cases to your skills using software-based tools, not pen and paper.

Responsibilities include supervision, parent training, program development across language and social domains, and behavior plan implementation. BCBA credentials and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, preferred.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques essential.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervision and parent training.
• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
