Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland. The position offers flexible scheduling, after-school, day, and weekend shifts with hourly pay of $95–$105.

The role emphasizes reducing administrative tasks by leveraging software-based workflows. Responsibilities include supervision, parent training, program development across language, social, and communication domains, and implementing behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Supervision and parent training.
• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
