Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks compassionate BCBAs or BCaBAs to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality services across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven treatment, and mentorship within a supportive PBS-driven environment. Positions require autonomy, travel to client locations, and commitment to improving quality of life for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Licensure/credentialing and certification per local/state requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between positions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based systems to meet needs of individuals, families and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
