Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our collaborative team. Our BCBAs design and supervise ABA programs, train staff, and ensure high-quality services in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
