Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
