Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure/credentialing may apply per local/state requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients (sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Create PBS-based solutions to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
