Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services across home, school, and community settings. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor staff and RBTs, and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and supervising ABA programs including FBAs and treatment plans.
• Must hold BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
