Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver a consistent guest experience inside our store. You will craft beverages and foods to recipe cards and uphold food safety standards while providing friendly, efficient service.

A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; prior Starbucks/food service experience is preferred but not mandatory. You will work with a team to ensure a smooth, inviting guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need and/or resolve issues.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
• Follow food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness and rotation of products.
