Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista at our Helena, MT location. You will craft handcrafted beverages and food to Starbucks specifications, engage with guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area during shifts.

Ideal candidates bring friendly customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to learn Target and Starbucks routines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow food safety and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare Handcrafted beverages and food to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks space.
• Assist with Drive Up/Order Pickup processes as needed.
