Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across devices and use scanners and tech as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.
• Capable of multi-step processes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet, assist guests, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support Drive Up, OPU and other services while maintaining food safety standards.
• Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
• Follow food safety requirements and record temperature-sensitive items.
• Complete cleaning tasks and manage perishable inventory per best practices.
• Participate in training requirements and maintain safety and compliance.
