Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to join our stores across the United States. You will craft handcrafted beverages and food, delivering excellent guest service while upholding Starbucks standards during all hours of operation.

We value a welcoming attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior Starbucks/food service experience is preferred and training will help you grow within Target.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners
• Work both independently and with a team
• Attention to detail and multi-step processes
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food
• Maintain Starbucks and Food & Beverage standards and safety
• Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stocking and inventory routines
• Support Drive Up and online order fulfillment
• Create a welcoming dining area for guests at all times
• Engage with guests to meet their needs
