Job summary

IndeVets offers a full-time W-2 veterinary role with 4–5 days per week, built-in scheduling coordination, and a guaranteed salary. You choose the days you work while receiving benefits, ongoing support, and a dedicated leadership team to help manage your life outside the clinic.

You’ll practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, enjoying clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a path to broader experiences in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care as available.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program or equivalent.
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
