Job summary

IndeVets offers a part-time W-2 veterinary role where you control your schedule by choosing 1–3 days per week, with a guaranteed salary and biweekly pay. You’ll receive scheduling support, benefits, and mentoring within a collaborative veterinary community.

You’ll work across trusted partner hospitals, maintaining autonomy and a structured environment designed to prevent burnout, with opportunities for additional shifts that can convert to PTO or extra pay.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from AVMA-accredited program
• Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
