Job summary

IndeVets is transforming veterinary careers by offering flexible schedules, guaranteed salary, and supportive leadership. You’ll work as a full-time or part-time W-2 veterinarian across partner hospitals with scheduling support and meaningful clinical variety.

Choose 4–5 days or 1–3 days weekly, with biweekly pay, benefits, and dedicated CE. You’ll practice medicine with autonomy, clinical mentorship, and a framework designed to prevent burnout.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program.
• Active veterinary license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA license as applicable.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relations skills.
• Nice-to-haves: GP, ER, or urgent care experience; internship training.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary medical care to small animals across diverse clinical settings.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
