Job summary

IndeVets offers part-time W-2 veterinary positions with control over your schedule, guaranteed income, and biweekly pay. You choose 1–3 days per week and receive scheduling support, leadership mentorship, and a centralized team behind you.

You’ll practice medicine across trusted hospitals with autonomy and a single-employer model, including CE and wellness benefits to help you grow while avoiding burnout.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
