Job summary

IndeVets is seeking a part-time W-2 veterinarian to work 1–3 days per week with a guaranteed salary and a schedule you control. You will be scheduled in advance by our dedicated coordinator and can earn more by picking up extra shifts, with PTO options and dedicated scheduling support.

You’ll practice across diverse partner hospitals while enjoying centralized leadership, mentorship, and access to a veterinary social worker, CE, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Nice-to-Haves: GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
• Nice-to-Haves: Internship training.
