Job summary

IndeVets partners with trusted hospitals to offer full-time veterinary positions with a guaranteed salary and flexible scheduling. You choose your workdays within a 4- or 5-day week, while a dedicated scheduling coordinator ensures predictable hours and ongoing support.

You’ll practice across a network of partner hospitals, gaining diverse clinical experience in small animal medicine, surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited program.
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care for small animals.
• Communicate with clients about diagnoses, treatment plans and prognosis.
• Collaborate with hospital teams while maintaining independence and professional medical leadership.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
