Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, school, and community ABA therapy in the Boston area.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and help children develop communication, social, and life skills with engaging activities. Candidates must be at least 21, have 60 college credits or 6 months related experience or an active RBT, and be available 3 days per week including after 3 PM.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home, school, and community ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Track client progress and collect data during sessions.
• Must meet MA age 21+ and be available at least three days per week.

Responsibilities
