As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings,

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans as designed.
• Collect and track session data for progress monitoring.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior in children.
• Share progress with the clinical team on a regular basis.
• Experience in roles like nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional is a plus.
