Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time RBT to join our in-home and community-based ABA services team. You will implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA, collect data, and help children meet functional goals under supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children and desires flexible hours. We offer PTO/Sick time, training supervision, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
