Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA services under supervision, collect session data, and help promote skill development while collaborating with the clinical team. Flexible afternoon part-time scheduling supports after-school hours and day-care commitments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
