Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to administer ABA programs under supervision in various settings including center, home, or school locations. Roles involve direct patient interaction, data collection, and adherence to CARD’s high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Deliver ABA treatment plans that meet CARD's clinical standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and scheduling as assigned.
