Behavior Frontiers is hiring energetic Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. The role offers pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour DOE with room for growth and professional training.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and support clients in communication, social skills, and independence while maintaining high standards of care and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy experience or training preferred.
• Data collection and analysis using electronic software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with families and BCBAs to track progress and receive feedback.
