Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking experienced and entry-level behavior therapists and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our ABA therapy team. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to children with autism, ages 1-21, under BCBA supervision. Our team focuses on high-quality care, ongoing training, and strong support to help therapists grow.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 to $26.00, flexible schedules, and a collaborative work environment that values communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and other program certifications.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
