Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN, flexible schedule in the Okeechobee, FL area. Earn $65–$75 per hour with per-visit pay and potential Medicare differential pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise COTAs.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
