Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise COTAs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and home safety assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans per physician orders.
• Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and delegate care to COTAs when appropriate.
