Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Fort Walton Beach, FL is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role with a flexible schedule and pay-per-visit compensation. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, perform home safety assessments, and collaborate with physicians while supervising COTAs.

The position offers autonomy, no mandatory weekends or hospital shifts, and opportunities for career growth through onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs
• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology
