Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Ocala, FL is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) for a flexible, modified full-time position with 1:1 patient care in the home. Earn a $95K+ salary with quarterly bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and stipend for data usage.

Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with physicians. Enjoy autonomy, structured onboarding, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise COTAs.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
