Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Puyallup, WA seeks a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools under BCBA supervision. This part-time role helps children build skills, increase independence, and reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to the client’s location
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in the client’s home and/or school
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
