Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Vancouver, WA is hiring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. This in-person role excludes clinic-based services, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to add hours as client caseloads allow.

You’ll receive supervision from experienced BCBAs, professional development support, and a path toward hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
