Qualifications

• Knowledge of unified communication platforms (MS Teams, Zoom).
• Knowledge of Exchange/O365/Active Directory.
• Network diagnosis skills (CompTIA+ preferred).
• Read and interpret system schematics, floorplans, etc.
• Collect and interpret system-level data for analysis.
• Ability to clearly document issues, steps taken, and reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer rapport throughout the process.
• Determine specifics of the reported problem and impacted systems.
• Review published documentation with the customer.
• Perform high-level analysis of log files.
• Conduct basic network analysis for conferencing services.
• Verify conferencing service configuration via portals (O365/Zoom).
• Create RMAs as needed for customer sites.
• Assist in enhancing knowledgebase with training materials and tools.
• Handle other duties as required.
